Medic alert Bracelet before leaving on any passes is on
PASSES:  Passes may be longer and even over supper at this point if family is comfortable.  Can come back for supper and insulin ( OR)
If they have insulin and orders, may stay out for supper and test and give insulin at home.  Must test for sugars at 2000 as well if not back by then.  They are responsible to record for you and report.

Should have emergency kit, Blood glucose Monitor Pouch when on pass from hospital
Will need to insure supper insulin is written down for them if on supper pass and that they have insulin with them.
